In your own words, what did it mean to have Paul alongside you in that season?

Having Paul alongside us in that season meant having someone we trusted to guide us through an important step in our faith. When I found him, something just felt right, and that gave us confidence in asking him to baptize us. For my wife Charlotte and me, our baptism in 2022 wasn’t just a one-day event - it marked a turning point, and Paul’s presence made it feel grounded, personal, and genuine. He wasn’t just performing a ceremony; he was part of a significant moment in our journey, offering support and reassurance when it mattered most.

What, if anything, felt different about the way Paul listened, responded or supported you?

Pauls support was steady and calm, which gave us confidence and peace as we took that step. It wasn’t just about the baptism itself - he helped us feel seen, understood, and encouraged at a time that mattered a lot to us.

If appropriate, can you share one practical way greater peace, clarity or steadiness helped you in life, relationships or leadership?

It wasn’t about having all the answers, but about being more present and steady in the moment, which made a real difference.
