About Become People-Centric

We help CEOs and senior leaders face what is happening beneath the surface - before hidden strain costs more than they can afford to lose.

Become People-Centric exists for leaders whose outer world still looks strong, but who know the cracks are there. Through private advisory, keynote speaking and the Inner World First Framework, we help leaders move from hidden strain toward clarity, steadiness and peace.

Why we exist

Because leaders are often the last people allowed to be honest.

Many CEOs carry pressure silently. They are expected to stay clear, strong and available while carrying responsibility few others can see.

But hidden strain does not stay hidden forever. It leaks into peace, home life, decision-making, leadership and identity.

We exist to create a confidential, dignified space where leaders can tell the truth before the cracks become collapse.

About Paul Rouke

Led by a CEO who has lived the cost of hidden strain.

Paul Rouke is the CEO of Become People-Centric, a founder, speaker, author and advisor with more than 25 years’ experience helping organisations understand people more deeply.

He built and led PRWD from a one-person consultancy into a seven-figure agency working with worldwide brands including Nike, Red Bull, Cisco and Allianz.

At 41, after years of visible success, Paul experienced the simultaneous collapse of marriage, business and professional identity. That journey is documented in his book, A CEO’s Inner World Before Life Collapse.

Today, Paul’s work is shaped by both boardroom credibility and lived experience. He understands the pressure of leadership from the inside - and the hidden cost of carrying too much for too long.

4. What makes the work different

This is not coaching, therapy or generic wellbeing.

Our work begins with the inner world because that is where hidden strain first forms and where lasting steadiness must begin.

The Inner World First Framework explores five connected spheres:

  1. Inner World

  2. Life History

  3. Close Relationships

  4. Work & Leadership

  5. Public Image

This gives leaders a clear, structured way to understand what is happening beneath the surface without being clinically labelled, judged or reduced.

5. Foundation

Faith-centred. Human. Confidential. Clear.

Become People-Centric flows from a faith-centred foundation and a deep conviction that people are not problems to optimise, but lives to honour.

Our work is shaped by truth, dignity, compassion, courage and the belief that real leadership health begins beneath the surface.

The cracks are there, even if nobody else can see them.
