In which areas, if any, did greater peace, calm or clarity make a noticeable difference for you?

  • leadership presence

Looking back, how valuable do you believe greater inner peace, calm or clarity was in that season of your life or leadership?
Extremely valuable

In your own words, what did it mean to have Paul alongside you in that season?

Paul brought wisdom and understanding. His encouragement is full of hope and great expectations. Paul also contributed a lot on the path of patience, strength and bulldog perseverance until the whole project was completed - he was still there and showed great strength and energy. The good thing is that I could completely rely on Paul, he was always there, completely dedicated to one goal! It caused a great desire and great expectations and a desire to work much better with more perseverance, and his hard work knows no limits. A real example in all situations, thank you.

What, if anything, felt different about the way Paul listened, responded or supported you?

Paul is an exceptional person and character with a lot of experience, and his quick and precise reactions helped build a successful team and everything became simpler and fitted together well. If everything had been different, I don't know, but it was very good that way.

If appropriate, can you share one practical way greater peace, clarity or steadiness helped you in life, relationships or leadership?

In any situation, responding slower than your emotions. In my relationships, it prevents me saying something damaging just to release tension. In work or leadership, it helps people trust me because my reactions became more stable and predictable. Internally it reduced regret and mental noise because decisions are now less driven by panic, ego, anger, shame or urgency.

Over time, that pattern creates peace because my mind stopped living in ''damage control''. It creates clarity because emotions stop distorting every situation, and it creates steadiness because other people begin experiencing me as grounded rather than reactive.

Is there anything else you would like to share about Paul for others to know?
