In late 2023 over 15 members of the senior Silgan Closures team took part in a 3-day Customer-Centricity Maturity Training Programme, led by Paul Rouke from Become People-Centric.

The Re-Audit

In early 2025 Ross Howson and Thomas Franz re-engaged Paul, seeking to plan in a Customer-Centricity Re-Audit using the same Model & Methodology

The dates have now been set for a series of 3 hour Zoom workshops with two groups of senior team members at Silgan, with the details below:

Next Steps

Following the 4 workshops, Paul will take all the insights gained and begin developing the 2025 Silgan Closures Customer-Centricity Re-Audit

A few dates have been proposed as follows for the presentation of your Re-Audit, with the expectation that most if not all attendees of the workshops will attend. As with each of the 4 workshops, the final presentation will be recorded and made available through here.

The Re-Audit Report is expected to be over 120 pages in size, and additionally it is intended that it will become a key strategic business blueprint for Silgan Closures over the next 18 months.
